What we're looking for:
Engineering graduate/postgraduate
15+ years of manufacturing and operational excellence experience
Robust expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, WCM, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Change Management
Proven ability to influence, engage, and drive sustainable improvements across multiple locations
