Why this role exists
Right now the founders run HR. Payroll, hiring, onboarding, expenses, insurance, all of it.

That works for now, but it does not scale, and it means nobody here has people as their actual job.

There is no existing system for you to inherit. You would be building the one this company runs on for the next five years.

Our CA sends the numbers. You run the cycle, make the transfers, and confirm to every employee without being asked.

One rule we do not bend: salaries land before the month ends. Not on the 1st, not "still processing", not "the bank was slow". Our team works hard and this is the one thing we will never be casual about.

Compliance and advantages
PF, PT, TDS coordination with our CA, Form 16, and the health insurance relationship including additions and removals as people join and leave. The documentation already exists. Keeping it accurate is yours.

Expenses and vendors
More than 30 active vendors and software subscriptions, and a substantial monthly outflow. You log it daily, consolidate at month end, watch renewal dates, and flag a price increase before it hits the card.

Nobody should ever have to remind you that a payment is due.
