Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Core HCM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday Core HCM and HR business processes, serving as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders while driving global HR transformation initiatives.




This role will be responsible for solution design, configuration, testing, reporting, security, data conversion, and production support, ensuring scalable and best-practice Workday solutions that enhance workforce management and employee experience.

Experience:
5+ years of Workday Core HCM
8+ years of HR Technology, HCM consulting, or HR systems
