This is a remote position.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern who is interested in social media, creator partnerships, and digital marketing.
In this role, you will help identify relevant influencers and content creators, conduct outreach, coordinate collaborations, and support influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands and industries.
This is a hands-on internship designed to provide practical experience in influencer research, creator outreach, campaign coordination, relationship management, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant influencers, micro-influencers, and content creators across different niches
Build, organize, and regularly update the influencer database
Shortlist creators based on niche, audience relevance, engagement, content quality, and brand fit
Reach out to influencers through Instagram, email, and other communication channels
Communicate campaign and collaboration requirements to interested creators
Manage follow-ups and maintain regular communication with influencers




Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns
Coordinate campaign timelines, content requirements, deliverables, and posting schedules
Track performance metrics including reach, views, engagement, and other campaign KPIs
Research trending creators, Reels, content formats, and social media trends
Coordinate with internal marketing, social media, design, and creative teams
Maintain campaign records and prepare basic performance updates

Requirements

Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, influencers, creators, and social media
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable reaching out to and communicating professionally with influencers
Good research and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
Good attention to detail and deadlines
Ability to work independently in a remot
