Role Description The TPO – Business Analyst role at Magneton Technologies Pvt Ltd is a contract, remote position focused on understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting current and future business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. The role involves conducting data and process analysis, preparing functional specifications, and supporting the development team with clarifications throughout the project lifecycle. The Business Analyst will also help validate solutions against requirements, participate in testing activities, and provide insights to improve efficiency, quality, and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support evidence-based decision-making.




Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering to translate stakeholder needs into explicit documentation.
Understanding of Business Process design and improvement to map workflows and recommend optimizations.
Effective Communication skills to engage with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and present findings clearly.
Experience working with technology or software development teams in a business analyst or similar role.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
Familiarity with tools for requirements management, process modeling, and documentation (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BPMN tools) is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
