About the Role
This is a pure hunter role focused on generating new business opportunities within the US staffing and workforce solutions market.
If you're someone who enjoys opening new doors, building relationships from scratch, and consistently creating qualified sales opportunities, this role is for you.
This is not an account management or client farming position. Your primary focus will be identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
What You'll Do




Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and Linked In outreach. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects. Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders. Identify staffing and workforce opportunities across IT, Professional Services, Engineering, and other industries. Develop strategic outreach campaigns to acquire new logos. Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to position Talent Bridge's capabilities effectively. Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM. Meet and exceed monthly activity, meeting, and revenue targets. What We're Looking For
