We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Mohali.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2 B lead generation, cold outreach, prospecting, and sales development and be comfortable communicating with potential clients across multiple channels.
This is an in-office role based at World Tech Square, Sector 83, Mohali. Key Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant B2 B prospects and decision-makers. Build and maintain targeted prospect databases. Execute cold email campaigns and manage follow-ups. Conduct Linked In prospecting and outreach. Handle Whats App outreach and follow-ups. Execute structured multi-channel cold outreach campaigns. Make cold calls to potential clients and qualify prospects. Follow up consistently with leads and prospects. Maintain lead data and outreach activity in CRM/Google Sheets. Track responses,



qualified leads, meetings, and conversions. Test different outreach messages and approaches to improve results. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate qualified opportunities. Achieve assigned lead-generation and outreach targets. Required Skills & Experience 1.5+ years of experience in lead generation, B2 B sales, business development, SDR/BDR, or cold outreach. Hands-on experience with Linked In prospecting. Good understanding of cold email outreach and follow-up sequences. Comfortable with cold calling and speaking with prospective clients. Experience with Whats App outreach is preferred. Strong research and prospecting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to identify and reach the right decision-makers.
