Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across EFL’s product portfolio, including machinery loans, business loans,



working capital loans, rooftop solar loans, and loan against property. Daily activities include identifying prospects, conducting client meetings, understanding customer financing needs, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and disbursements. The role also involves monitoring market trends, guiding and supporting the sales team, maintaining accurate sales reports, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance branch performance and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager is expected to uphold EFL’s values and promote a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, and relationship management.
Experience in financial services or NBFCs with knowledge of lending products such as machinery loans, business loans, working capital loans, and loan again
