Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, explaining Bajaj Finserv’s lending, insurance, and wealth advisory solutions, and converting leads into successful sales. Daily activities include meeting clients, conducting needs assessments, preparing and presenting product proposals, and ensuring timely completion of documentation and onboarding formalities.



The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries, tracking sales targets, and providing regular reports and insights to the sales manager. The Sales Executive is expected to represent Bajaj Finserv professionally in the market and contribute to sustained business growth in the region.
Qualifications
Demonstrated sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in financial services or related industries.
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions clearly and confidently.
Basic financial acumen and product understanding, with the capacity to learn and explain lending, insurance, and wealth advisory offerings accurately.
