Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for CDP (Chef de Partie), DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie), and Commi 1 team members. The role involves daily food preparation and cooking across assigned sections, ensuring dishes meet defined taste, texture, and presentation standards. Responsibilities include following recipes and standard operating procedures, managing mise en place, maintaining hygiene and safety practices, and supporting smooth kitchen operations during service.



Team members collaborate with senior chefs on menu execution, assist in stock rotation and inventory checks, and help train and guide junior staff where applicable. The role requires working closely with the culinary and service teams to deliver consistent, high-quality dining and catering experiences.
Qualifications
Solid culinary skills in hot and cold kitchen operations, including basic and advanced cooking techniques, plating, and portion control.
Knowledge of international cuisines and modern presentation styles, with an interest in Italian and other global flavors.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation, including proper storage, handling, and HACCP or equivalent practices.
Ability to follow recipes and SOPs accurately, with attention to detail in taste, texture, and visual appeal.
