Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The role involves meeting customers and property owners, generating leads, conducting property visits, building customer relationships, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to meet potential customers and property owners.
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and assigned leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
Conduct property visits, presentations, and site tours.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and property owners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure of deals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, visits, and sales activities.




Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on local property markets, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
10th/12th pass or graduate.
6 months–3 years of experience in field sales, real estate, B2C sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Good knowledge of the local area.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
