As an Associate, you will lead project workstreams utilizing Huron tools and methodologies, industry best practices, and cutting-edge analytics and technologies to implement complex, comprehensive solutions. You will be responsible for project workstream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting, and client interface/presentations. Collaboration with client staff and leadership, along with managing and mentoring junior Huron staff, will be key to success. Together, we will create and implement viable technology solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Workday Expertise:
- Workday Time Tracking/Absence Certification is a must.
- Workday Payroll Certification is an added advantage.
- 5+ years of Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience, supporting customers of various sizes.
- Knowledge of Absence Plans,



Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
- Global Time Tracking and Absence experience is preferred.
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Demonstrate Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise.
- Collaborate with partners to understand their business requirements and assist in configuring and testing the derived solutions.
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
- Ensure clients take advantage of Workday standard methodologies and develop prototypes to demonstrate configurations.
- Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients with testing designed solutions.
