In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries efficiently. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Meet and exceed performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an international BPO voice process or customer service workplace for minimum 1 year is a must.
- Graduation is a must.
