Role Description The Senior Agency Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



responsible for driving agency channel growth and achieving sales and distribution targets. Day-to-day activities include recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring insurance advisors, providing regular training and performance coaching, and ensuring adherence to company processes and regulatory guidelines. The role involves planning and executing local business development initiatives, conducting sales campaigns, and supporting advisors in customer prospecting, needs analysis, and policy recommendations. The Senior Agency Manager is expected to monitor key performance metrics, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to improve productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
