Job Summary

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle for high-rise residential construction projects, including tendering, subcontractor management,



contract administration, commercial negotiations, claims management, and contractual compliance. The role requires strong commercial, contractual, and technical expertise to safeguard the company's interests while ensuring timely project execution and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Administration
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, work orders, Letters of Intent (LOIs), and service agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, statutory regulations, and project specifications.
- Maintain complete contract documentation, amendments, renewals, extensions, and closure records.
- Monitor contractual obligations of contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
