About the Role

Enubilous is looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Management & Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing operations for the US healthcare supply chain.

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify the best sourcing opportunities for medical and surgical products by working closely with US-based vendors and internal teams. Once our automated sourcing tools complete their initial search, you will manually research additional suppliers and marketplaces, obtain competitive quotes, negotiate pricing and availability, and recommend the best sourcing option.

Working closely under the guidance of senior leadership, you will own the day-to-day sourcing activities and gather all the information required to enable informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities




- Research and source medical and surgical products from US vendors and distributors.
- Review and supplement automated sourcing results by manually searching additional supplier websites and sourcing channels.
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing, negotiate commercial terms, and identify the best sourcing options.
- Coordinate with vendors on product availability, lead times, shipping methods, and order status.
- Develop and maintain a robust understanding of the products being sourced, including market demand, pricing trends, supply availability, and alternate sourcing options.
- Prepare sourcing recommendations and summaries to support purchasing decisions.
- Support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, shipment coordination, and delivery follow-ups.
