Job description:
JOB SUMMARY
- Filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Daily checking of reports for E-way bills & E-invoices against sale bills, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Monthly update of GSTR-2B files.
- Follow-up on pending bills for timely clearance.
- Reconciliation of inward supplies with GSTR-2B.
- Prepare Annual Reports (Reconciliation of GSTR-3B vs Books).
- Handle sales entries of other firms in Tally for GSTR-1 filings.
- Generate E-way bills for import invoices as required.

KRA

The role includes timely filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and daily monitoring of E-way bills and E-invoices against

sale documents. Responsibilities also involve monthly updates of GSTR-2B files,



reconciliation of inward supplies

with GSTR-2B, and following up on pending bills. The executive will handle annual reconciliation of GSTR-3B vs

Books, manage sales entries in Tally for GSTR-1, and generate E-way bills for import invoices as required. Attention

Detail and ensuring GST compliance are key to this role.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
