Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies,
resource planning, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Driving coordination across cross-functional teams comprising Business Analysts, Developers, Test Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, and Support Teams across global locations to ensure successful delivery of IAM onboarding initiatives.
- Establishing delivery governance frameworks, managing status reporting, executive communications, and steering project outcomes through key decision forums.
- Managing delivery readiness, testing, deployment, release planning, and go-live activities to ensure successful implementation.
- Facilitating issue resolution, dependency management, and executive-level escalations to minimize delivery risks and project delays.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives, onboarding process optimization, and maturity enhancements within the PIAM delivery organization.
