Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination).
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- MBA (HR) / BBA / Any Graduate with relevant HR experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Recruitment or HR Operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn is preferred.
