At Fyn, we’re on a mission to revolutionize last-mile logistics through clean, efficient, and scalable electric mobility solutions. Born out of a vision to drive India’s transition to sustainable transportation, we began our journey as EV manufacturers. However, we soon identified a greater prospect in EV-as-a-Service — enabling businesses to adopt electric fleets without the operational complexities. In a fragmented EV logistics landscape, Fyn has emerged as a unifying force, bringing together technology, transparency, and process-driven execution to redefine how goods move in the green economy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective drivers from online leads and internal churn/attrition data.
- Explain the driver onboarding process, earning potential, incentives, and benefits of partnering with Fyn Mobility.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure driver onboarding and activation.
- Maintain and update the lead management system (CRM) with accurate call logs and driver status.




- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for driver onboarding and conversions.
- Coordinate with field operations and onboarding teams for smooth driver engagement.
- Gather insights on driver market trends, challenges, and competitor hiring activities.
- Ensure compliance with company communication standards and data protection policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling / driver hiring / recruitment within 3PL, logistics, e-commerce, or transportation sectors.
- Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as applicable).
- Good understanding of the driver ecosystem, local hiring trends, and onboarding workflows.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Excel, & Google Sheets.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hiring or sourcing drivers for platforms such as Zomato, Porter, Shadowfax, Delhivery, etc.
