Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and convert them into clients.
- Promote and sell accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and related financial services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or business development is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in making outbound sales calls.
- Ability to work from the office during the night shift.
