Job Description - House Manager / Estate Manager:
Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
Employment Type: Full time (Residential Estate)
Compensation: 1,00,000 - 1,25,000 per month + Relocation Support

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the residence with five-star hospitality standards.
- Lead, supervise, train, and schedule all household staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors, contractors, maintenance agencies, and service providers.
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance of the property and household assets.
- Manage household budgets, operational expenses, inventories, and procurement.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, golf bookings, appointments, and other lifestyle requirements for the family.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all household functions.
- Ensure the residence maintains impeccable presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion,



and professionalism while interacting with the family and guests.
- Anticipate the family's requirements and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality with brands such as Taj, Oberoi, Leela, Marriott, Hyatt, ITC, Four Seasons, or other leading international hotel chains.
- Experience at a Rooms Division or Food & Beverage Managerial level is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Highly resourceful with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in staff management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and estate administration.
- Willingness to relocate to Jamshedpur.

Preferred Experience:
- 8-15 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality or private estate management.
- Exposure to UHNW family offices, luxury residence
