Job Summary

The Bodyshop Team Leader is responsible for supervising body repair work, managing technicians, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of accident repair vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise denting, painting, and accident repair work.
- Allocate jobs to bodyshop technicians.
- Ensure repairs are done as per company standards.
- Monitor daily work progress and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and insurance surveyors.
- Check quality of repairs before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain workshop discipline and safety standards.

Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in automobile bodyshop.
- Positive knowledge of denting, painting, and accident repairs.
- Basic leadership and team handling skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
