Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and understand their beauty and wellness goals.
- Recommend suitable salon services, treatments, memberships, and packages.
- Educate clients about skincare, haircare, and wellness solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage appointments and coordinate with stylists and therapists.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and WhatsApp queries.
- Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat visits.
- Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and premium services.
- Achieve monthly consultation and sales targets.
- Ensure a qualified and positive client experience at all times.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
