Position Summary

The Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for all clients visiting or contacting Ekyana.

The role combines:
- Front Desk Operations
- Lead Management
- Membership Sales
- Customer Service
- Client Retention Support

Key ResponsibilitiesMembership Sales & Lead Conversion
- Respond promptly to enquiries from Meta Ads, Google, website, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Schedule consultations, assessments, and trial sessions.
- Conduct studio tours and explain Ekyana's services and programs.
- Recommend suitable Yoga, Pilates, Wellness, and Consultation packages.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Convert enquiries into paying members.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Front Desk Operations
- Welcome and assist all clients and visitors.
- Manage daily client check-ins and attendance.
- Handle incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments, consultations, and classes.
- Maintain studio schedules and room bookings.
- Ensure reception and waiting areas remain clean and presentable.
- Coordinate with instructors,



therapists, doctors, and management regarding appointments and client requirements.
- Support smooth daily operations of the centre.

Client Relationship Management
- Build robust relationships with members and clients.
- Assist new members with onboarding.
- Address basic client concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Encourage membership renewals and program upgrades.
- Support retention and referral initiatives.
- Collect client feedback and communicate it to management.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and booking systems.
- Update lead status and follow-up activities daily.
- Process membership registrations and payments.
- Generate invoices and payment receipts.
- Maintain client databases and documentation.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Track conversion metrics and membership sales performance.
- 1-5 years of experience in:
- Gym Sales
