Job Summary

We are hiring a BPO Team Leader to manage a team of customer support or telecalling associates, monitor performance and ensure process targets and quality standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of voice or telecalling associates.
- Monitor daily call quality, productivity and schedule adherence.
- Conduct floor coaching and performance feedback sessions.
- Prepare and present daily and weekly team performance reports.
- Handle escalated customer issues beyond associate level.
- Support recruitment, training and onboarding of new associates.




- Ensure process compliance and achievement of SLA targets.
- Coordinate with the operations manager on process improvements.

Requirements:
- Any Graduate with experience in a BPO or call-centre environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling a team.
- Solid communication, coaching and people-management skills.
- Good understanding of call-centre metrics such as AHT, SLA and CSAT.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
