Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities: e-marketplace
1. Bid Customization and Submission:
o Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and align them with tender requirements.
o Customise bids based on discussions with the technical team and customer insights.
2. Market Analysis:
o Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand trends, competition, and government procurement patterns.
o Utilise market insights to develop effective bidding strategies.
3. Pricing Strategy:
o Determine competitive pricing for tenders, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive.
o Monitor and adjust pricing strategies in response to market changes and internal cost factors.

4. Team Management and Coordination:
o Lead and manage a team responsible for preparing and submitting tenders.
o Coordinate effectively with sales and technical teams to gather necessary information and resources.
5. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:




o Build and maintain relationships with key government customers and stakeholders.
o Understand and anticipate customer needs and requirements for successful bid submissions.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure all tenders comply with government regulations and procurement policies.
o Report to the Director of Sales and Government Relations, providing updates on tender activities, outcomes, and market dynamics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in government tender management, preferably in the GeM context.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in team management and cross-departmental coordination.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
