Job Title: Google Ads Specialist

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing)
- Conduct keyword research (Broad, Phrase, Exact match)
- Manage bidding strategies (CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI
- Improve Quality Score and ad performance
- Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages
- Monitor audience targeting and competitor performance
- Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager
- Generate reports and insights

Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Google Ads (PPC)
- Knowledge of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion optimization
- Experience in Search, Display, Video & Remarketing campaigns
- Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Understanding of landing pages and funnel strategies

Preferred Profile:
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Positive communication and reporting ability
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
