Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Present MB Research's products and services to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.





Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and CRM software.

- Experience in research services & market research is an advantage.
