Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through references, walk-ins, networking, and other sales channels.
- Conduct meetings with builders, developers to develop business relationships.
- Coordinate with builders regarding project details, pricing, inventory, and offers.
- Attend client meetings to understand their property requirements and provide suitable options.
- Schedule and accompany clients for property site visits.
- Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Negotiate pricing and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Maintain regular communication with builders and clients to ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare daily sales reports, client visit reports, and follow-up updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation,



booking formalities, and post-sales support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and new real estate developments.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and residential/commercial projects.
- Experience in builder meetings and client coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain skilled relationships.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.

Qualification
- Graduate in any (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Builder Coordination, or Property Consulting.
- Experience in dealing with builders and developers.
