Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze key financial ratios, gross margins, and profitability for each SKU and store
- Track store-wise and SKU-wise performance to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas
- Prepare and monitor Profit & Loss statements on a regular basis
- Maintain and publish accurate monthly MIS reports for management review
- Analyze deviations between actuals vs budgets/targets and provide actionable insights
- Support pricing, margin optimization, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with good understanding of P&L;, margins, and ratios
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); ERP/BI tools is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
