Roles and responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define role expectations, establish hiring timelines, provide market insights, and drive effective hiring decisions.
- Source and attract top talent through job portals, skilled networks, social media platforms, employee referrals, talent databases, and proactive talent mapping strategies.




- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve job descriptions, hiring processes, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment strategies aligned with business and talent market trends.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate hiring documentation, generate recruitment reports, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders for continuous process improvement.
- Build strong talent pipelines, support diversity and inclusion initiatives, and contribute to creating a high-performance workplace that positions the organization as an employer of choice.

Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
