The Senior Manager, Air Loss Optimization role sits at the intersection of air operations, traveler experience, and product improvement. You will lead the strategy and execution to identify, reduce, and prevent avoidable air-related loss while protecting traveler trust and long-term loyalty. Working closely with Air stakeholders, Operations, Product, Finance, and process owners, you will turn loss insights into measurable actions, stronger controls, and scalable improvements that balance financial outcomes with customer experience
