Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate (BBA) and postgraduate (MBA) courses in Management, with a focus on HR and Finance.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and deliver lectures effectively.
- Conduct student assessments, examinations, and evaluations.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Organize and contribute to seminars, workshops, and guest lectures.
- Engage in research, publications, and faculty development activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - Mandatory
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Mandatory
- Specialization in Human Resource (HR) and/or Finance (any one or both).

Preferred Qualifications
- UGC NET qualified.
- Ph.D. in Management or related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
