Responsibility:
1. Welcome patients and focus on customer conversion and retention.Here are some strategies and actions you can take to achieve thesegoals: Understand Your Customers: Develop a deep understanding ofyour target audience and their needs. 2.Create a Positive Customer Experience: Ensure that everyinteraction with your business is positive and memorable. Train yourstaff to provide excellent customer service, be responsive to inquiriesand concerns, and go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.

3.Offer Personalized Solutions: Tailor your products or services tomeet the specific needs of your customers.
