Job Title: Production & Planning Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Production & Planning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. This role involves managing workers, coordinating workflow, and maintaining equipment and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the factory floor
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
- Enforce health and safety regulations and promote a secure working environment
- Train, guide, and evaluate factory workers
- Assign tasks and manage workforce schedules




- Identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks
- Maintain production reports and records
- Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BE Mech, BE EEE or DME, DEE
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Working Conditions:
Working Hours: 09.00 AM to 18:00 PM

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
