Job Summary:
Responsible for promoting banking products and services, generating leads, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance
- Generate leads through referrals, field visits, and customer interactions
- Acquire recent customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Explain product features, benefits, and documentation requirements
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain customer records and sales reports

Skills Required:
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Customer relationship management abilities
- Negotiation and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in banking sales or financial services
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
