Job Title: Founder's Office - Client & Project Lead

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the founder in client meetings and project discussions.
- Understand client requirements and take ownership of projects on behalf of the founder.
- Coordinate with design, execution, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects while tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present company capabilities, showcase projects, and contribute to business development.
- Handle project follow-ups, documentation, and communication between clients and the internal team.
- Assist in promoting the company's services and strengthening its market presence.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office and project coordination tools.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, client servicing, architecture, interior design, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience handling multiple projects independently and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in architecture, interior design, or construction industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
