Key Responsibilities:
Call warm inbound leads from Facebook and Google campaigns within 5 minutes of enquiry

Qualify Australian homeowners on roof suitability, energy usage, budget, and battery interest

Build solar and solar-plus-battery proposals using OpenSolar software

Educate customers on Australian federal and Victorian state government rebates

Manage pipeline and follow-ups through GoHighLevel CRM

Close solar and battery deals, with a focus on solar-plus-battery combos

Achieve monthly sales targets for units sold and revenue

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in international voice process (Australia / UK / USA preferred)

Proven track record in outbound tele-sales or inside sales closing

Excellent spoken English with transparent, neutral accent

Strong objection handling and consultative selling skills





Hands-on experience with CRM software (any platform)

Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Self-motivated with a closer mindset

Preferred Background (Added Advantage):
Solar / renewable energy sales experience

Home improvement, real estate, or insurance sales

Australian process experience

Exposure to OpenSolar, Solargraf, or similar solar proposal tools

Working Hours:
Australian shift: 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST

Monday to Friday

Fixed weekends off
