Role Overview The Front Office Executive oversees daily front office activities, ensures service quality, and supports the front office team in delivering consistent guest experiences. Responsibilities - Manage daily front office operations and guest handling - Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and reservation processes - Address guest concerns and ensure timely resolution - Train and guide Front Office Associates - Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B;, and maintenance teams - Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction scores - Prepare daily reports and maintain shift handovers - Ensure SOPs and brand standards are followed





Qualifications - 1-2 years of front office experience in hospitality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Hands-on experience with PMS and billing systems - Ability to handle pressure and multitask - Leadership mindset with attention to detail Requirements: - Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality - Some experience in hotel operations - Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills
