Responsibilities and Core Competencies:
- Account Management: Own and manage relationships with external partners, drive performance against agreed KPIs, negotiate commercials to maximise ROI, optimise service SLAs, and oversee billing, reconciliations, and all operational documentation
- Partnership: Liaison with banks for various offer collaborations, offer listing on partner sites/platform, sale and tactical event operational support.
- Competition Benchmarking: Continuously monitor competitor offers, products, and promotional strategies,



and recommend data-driven corrective actions to ensure ixigo’s propositions/offers remain competitive or market-leading.
- Gift Card Vertical: Own and lead the ixigo Gift Card distribution business with end-to-end P&L; responsibility. Drive revenue growth, expand distribution partnerships, optimize margins, and scale the category through strategic initiatives and operational excellence
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Finance, Product, and Tech teams to drive process automation, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns and partner deliverables.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing workflows, design and implement scalable processes, and drive continuous improvements to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and partner experience.
