Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls.
- Introduce and explain the company's software and IT services.
- Generate and qualify business leads.
- Follow up with customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily call reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Requirements:




- Excellent communication skills in *Malayalam and English (mandatory)*.
- Robust interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, BPO, or Business Development is an added advantage.
