Wishes and Blessings is looking for a strategic and creative communications qualified to define and strengthen the organisation’s digital voice, visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the organisation’s communication voice and digital growth strategy
- Lead social media, website and digital campaign planning
- Guide content, design, video and performance marketing teams
- Develop CSR presentations, donor reports, impact stories and fundraising communication
- Support media relations and founder-led thought leadership
- Track digital performance, leads, engagement and conversions
- Ensure sensitive and dignified representation of beneficiaries

Experience: 2-4 years in communications, digital marketing, social media, public relations, CSR or the development sector.

Location: Noida Sector 32
Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
