About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounts & Tax Executive to oversee accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance for multiple group entities. The role requires independent handling of accounts, tax compliance, audits, financial reporting, and coordination across various business units to ensure accurate and timely financial management.

Key ResponsibilitiesGroup Company Accounting
- Oversee accounting operations across multiple group companies/entities.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts for all entities.
- Monitor inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and accounting adjustments.
- Consolidate financial information and provide management reports across group entities.
- Coordinate with management to standardize accounting processes and internal controls.

Accounts & Finance




- Manage end-to-end accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Banking.
- Review and approve accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
- Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and working capital requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Taxation & Compliance
- Independently handle TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly return filings.
- Prepare and issue Form 16 and Form 16A.
- Ensure timely GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and statutory payments.
- Manage Skilled Tax, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile GST, TDS, Form 26AS, and TRACES records.

Audit & Finalization
- Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits for all group entities.
- Prepare schedules, workings, and documentation required for audits.
- Assist in finalization of account
