Job Description - Community Mobilizer (Primary Health Centre)

Position: Community Mobilizer

Location: Awankhed, Nashik, Maharashtra

Facility: Primary Health Centre (PHC)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct community awareness and health education programs.

Mobilize community members to participate in health camps and outreach activities.

Coordinate with ASHA workers, Anganwadi workers, and local leaders.

Promote maternal and child health, immunization, family planning, and preventive healthcare services.

Identify beneficiaries and ensure timely referrals to the PHC.

Maintain records and submit daily/weekly activity reports.

Support government health programs and public health campaigns.





Build strong relationships with the local community to improve healthcare access.

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline (Social Work/Public Health preferred).

1-3 years of experience in community mobilization, NGO, or healthcare projects.

Valuable communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.

Knowledge of rural community engagement is preferred.

Salary: As per experience and interview.

Work Location: Primary Health Centre, Awankhed, Nashik.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
