Accountant

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation of financial records.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company data.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting,



Finance, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation regulations.
- Experience with Tally, ERP systems, or accounting software is preferred.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
