Job Title: Sr. Liaisoning Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end liaisoning activities with government authorities including HMDA, GHMC, Revenue Department, and other regulatory bodies.
- Handle building permission processes, layout approvals, and development permissions.
- Coordinate with consultants for obtaining NOCs such as Fire, Airport, and Airforce approvals.
- Oversee Environmental Clearance (EC), Consent for Establishment (CFE), and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and manage RERA documentation and coordinate for timely project registration and approvals.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed liaisoning and compliance reports.
- Prepare budget estimations for approval fees, statutory charges, and government payments.
- Manage Dharani portal operations and land-related online processes.
- Verify land documents, including title records, EC (Encumbrance Certificate), and ownership details.
- Draft and review legal agreements, MoUs,



and land acquisition documents in coordination with legal teams.
- Coordinate with landowners, agents, and government officials for land acquisition activities.
- Secure required documents from the Revenue Department and track any legal disputes in coordination with advocates.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams including legal, architects, consultants, and surveyors for project documentation.
- Track the status of all approvals and ensure proper documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
