Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Curriculum Delivery: Teach advanced Mathematics concepts tailored for high school students (Grades VIII to X) to build a rock-solid foundation for the IIT-JEE syllabus.
- Conceptual Clarity: Focus heavily on conceptual depth, analytical thinking,
and speed-solving techniques rather than rote learning.
- Material & Assessment Design: Create high-yield worksheets, assignments, and mock test papers that match the pattern and rigor of top-tier competitive examinations.
- Doubt Resolution: Conduct dedicated doubt-clearing sessions to ensure no student falls behind in complex topics like Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Coordinate Geometry.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze weekly/monthly assessment data to identify student weak spots and implement targeted remedial strategies.
- Mentorship: Guide and motivate students to handle the academic rigors of competitive exam preparation with confidence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech from a reputed institute (IITs/NITs preferred), or an M.Sc / B.Sc in Mathematics with deep domain expertise.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience teaching the IIT Foundation or JEE curricu
