Key Responsibilities
- Driver Hisaab & Trip Settlement
- Driver Advance & Diesel Advance Management
- Handle 32 FT Single Axle (SXL) FTL Fleet Operations:
- GPS Vehicle Tracking & Live Trip Monitoring
- Vehicle Maintenance & Breakdown Coordination
- Vehicle Document Renewal (Insurance, Permit, Fitness, PUC & Road Tax)
- Toll, FASTag & Fuel Record Management
- Update Trip & Vehicle Details in TMS / ERP / Fleet Management Software:
- Prepare Daily MIS Reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table & Basic Formulas)
