Key Responsibilities
- Ensure ≥ 98% machine uptime across stitching & washing divisions
- Lead preventive & predictive maintenance systems (100% PM adherence)
- Manage boilers, compressors, DG sets, transformers & solar systems
- Oversee ETP/ZLD operations and pollution control compliance
- Drive energy optimization (power, steam & water per garment reduction)
- Implement root cause analysis for breakdown prevention
- Control maintenance budgets & spare inventory
- Ensure full statutory & safety compliance
- Lead and develop engineering & utility teams

- MTTR: < 30 minutes
- Maintenance Cost: ≤ 2.5% of turnover

- BE/B.Tech - Mechanical / Electrical
- 12-18 years experience in garment, têxtile, or process manufacturing
- Robust exposure to washing plant, utilities & ETP systems
- Experience managing large industrial teams
- Cost-conscious, systems-driven, and compliance-focused

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
